Customer service is also an important part of this industry, because frankly, it is a lot more confusing to most people than basic cable TV is.

However with that said, the plight to advance is well worth it and in fact, customer service is excellent. At this time Dish Network was ranked #1 in customer satisfaction and DirecTV came in second.
